PS: the validation time is mainly due to the total number of Prizes won per day to Confirm, check if it is still available (otherwise you receive an email from the Customer Service and the equivalent in points is refunded to you) without counting the purpose of a Customer Service, answer all the requests of the players made every dayPrizes, technical problems...).

I work for a Customer Service Department and it's the same thing. We're doing everything we can!!!!! 😂

If MadWin doesn't trust his players then...

If MadWin wanted my ID card, I would provide it to him without any problem, I have no problem with that, since I am an honest player and have no reason to lie!

The problem is that the customer service does not answer but I guess they have a lot of requests...

To answer your various requests, know that I have been registered for 10 months and I have never been asked for my ID card. It is not systematic. But in the Rules and Regulations you accepted when you registered, the site may ask you for your card.
The customer service has a lot of requests and a lot of work for sure but it has always been efficient and fast (I speak for myself and many players will agree).
And the most important thing to know is that you have to wait to see your prize validated. The Rules and Regulations stipulate up to 5 weeks! but often 5 to 10 days maximum. You won your prize a very long time ago, so as you say, it's better to be patient.

I received an answer from the customer service:
"The state'not filled in' is a temporary state which means that your prize is waiting for validation by the administrators. This status will be updated as soon as the validation is effective"

in short, you have to be patient!

I think it's Round to avoid multi-accounts (several accounts for the same person) and ghost accounts, but I'm not an expert on this subject!

Congrats for the yogurt maker 🙁y):, then, this status has already happened to me. After contacting customer service, they asked me to Confirm them a copy of an ID card and a copy of an invoice to verify Account Details. They do checks on the players to keep the site serious. For my part, after having provided these documents, everything went back to normal, my prize was validated and sent and now I receive my batches without any problems. 😂 So, as you said cricri04,

I will advise you to contact customer service who will answer you and give you the procedure to follow so that you no longer have this problem.

Ah, I'm rereading your post and you've already contacted customer service, I'm sure you already have an answer by now.
