Hello, I was born in Lyon, but I have lived in the prize (not far from Rocamadour and Padirac) for almost 50 years! And if Lyon is the world capital of gastronomy, the prize follows it very closely 🍷🥩🍗 Free-range Quercy lamb, suckling veal, foie gras, rocamadour (cheese), Quercy walnuts, Cahors wines, Coteaux du Quercy, Coteaux de Glanes, porcini mushrooms and truffles, walnut cake, and I forget some!!!
