Your Prizes were sent to you on August 28th. So there is no "reliability" problem on our side. La Poste has one month to send them to you, after which time it is permitted to make a complaint to them and request a search for the package. You will then need to contact Customer Service. But know that it is quite common for Prizes to take a little time to arrive... unfortunately, we have nothing to do with it.
