This is the subject of my unanswered messages to Customer Service....

For my first name, Customer Service has already replied that it was impossible.
One day, I will Confirm them a copy of my identity card, since according to the Rules and Regulations, we have a right to rectify the data.

Indeed, only surnames and forenames cannot be changed (exception to married women). But in your case, indeed, he must certainly have a possibility to transform an E9 into an é.

The advantage when all accounts are all linked is that each credit purchased (regardless of where the purchase was made) is accumulated on a single DreamCard and therefore the upper tier is reached more quickly.
