However in the meantime I have won other Prizes and some have been sent to me, others are still in #NA#, it's hard to understand!

I sent 3 messages to customer service eventually giving them my MadWin nickname,... and explaining that I had already been checked a few months ago. Each win must go through a validation phase by our administrators before being sent. When the status of your prize is'#NA', it means that our administrator has not yet validated it.
As soon as this is done, your prize can then be scheduled for our next sending session.
