Hello,
It happens more and more often a disturbing bug on the Arabesque game in free version. The bonus game after forming a word with the bonus letters is not displayed. It is therefore impossible to Next Play because the error message "Sorry... You have a Bonus game in progress. Finish it before you can play again" is displayed when you try to click on a new Box.
Can you rectify this?

I think I found a solution with firefox. To the left of the line where the address of the site is written, there are small signs like a circle with an i inside, badge... by clicking on the badge for example you can unroll protections on the tracking and permissions for opening pop-up windows. By getting rid of my clothes, I finally got access to this famous bonus game. That was the case yesterday, I'll see today.

And it's been going on for months!I notified customer service but they told me it was definitely a computer cleaning question.after scrubbing my PC from scratch,nothing changed.even my son's computer license couldn't do anything to fix this bug.Conclusion:It's not coming from my computer...

I am in the same situation and this since my registration which is very recent. I haven't yet managed to Play fully since I'm blocked every time because of a bonus game that doesn't appear. 🙁
